I have been working with Denise for a long time. She is very helpful and always provides thoughtful advice and support throughout the process.

Denise was professional, friendly and responsive. She was on top of things and followed through with everything. She was always communicating with us so we knew what was going on. She went over and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend her to others.

Denise has come into my life as my realtor and now a true friend. She is a go-getter and never gives up. She is very compassionate about her job and her clients. I would definitely recommend her. She sold my house and I miss not seeing her. She’s a keeper.

Nicest and most competent agent I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Highly recommend her!

Denise continuously goes above and beyond from start to finish, to make sure your home buying experience is exceptional. She doesn’t stop until all I’s are dotted and T’s are crossed!! There is nothing she won’t do to make sure everything goes smoothly! I highly recommend Denise.

Great communication and very professional, I will recommend her. She is the best!!

Mrs. Melendez kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. She was highly professional and offered a calm and reassuring attitude each time we became discouraged. She was a pleasure to work with.

Denise is very easy to work with, she makes herself available at anytime, kept us informed and really found us the perfect home!

Denise was superb and far exceed all my expectations. She was always readily available, patient when necessary and extremely knowledgeable. Her place in heaven is reserved just for the stress she endured with me. I can confidently say that no other agent would have provided half the service we received from her. Her work ethic is second to none. Next time I am in the market for a second home, there is no other agent I would consider employing. Warren Buffett should be proud to have her employed in his firm.

I would recommend Denise because she is willing to go above and beyond to satisfy her client needs. She is very professional and knowledgeable and is the true meaning of customer satisfaction.
